I have spent the last 20-plus years working in the software development industry. I have worked on a wide range of projects across a broad range of sectors, from small Minimum Viable Products to large-scale web applications.

I have experience in a wide range of technologies, although I specialise in TypeScript and Javascript, and use a range of industry-standard frameworks including React and Express. I am an expert in modern web application architecture, including the latest event-driven and highly scalable systems.

I am a husband and father of two boys. Much of my spare time is spent enjoying watching them grow up and supporting them in their various activities.

I am a governor of a local first school, and chair the School Improvement Committee.

I am a keen amateur photographer and enjoy painting with pastels. Where time permits, I enjoy the sport of Airsoft at my local site.
